These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DEL Conference website and the registration process for the event. By accessing this site and registering, you agree to comply with these terms.

Users accessing this website must agree to comply with these conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site or registering for the event.
2. Use of the Website
This website operates to provide information about the DEL Conference and to manage registration for the event. Any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized use of the site is strictly prohibited.
3. User Registration
To register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the data submitted and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your registration.
4. Fees and Payment
Registration fees are displayed on the registration form and are charged in Dominican pesos (DOP). Payments are processed securely through the AZUL payment gateway. The final amount to be paid will be shown before you confirm the payment.
5. Confirmation
Once your registration and payment are completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us so we can verify the status of your registration.
6. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards through the AZUL secure Payment Page.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, except in the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers. Any refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the conference policies in effect at the time.
8. Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration is treated confidentially and in accordance with Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
9. Intellectual Property
The content published on this website, including texts, images and the DEL Conference branding, is the property of the organizers and may not be reproduced without authorization.
